For the Milk Tea:

  • 1 bag Sprouts Vanilla Cinnamon Rooibos tea (or any cinnamon-vanilla flavored tea)
  • 1 cup water
  • Β½ cup Sprouts Organic Oat Milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea:
    Bring 1 cup water to a boil using a kettle or small pot.
    Place the tea bag in your favorite mug, and pour the hot water over it.
    Steep for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
  2. Sweeten the tea:
    Stir in 1 tablespoon of your preferred sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar) until fully dissolved.
  3. Froth the milk:
    Heat Β½ cup of oat milk in a microwave-safe jar or saucepan for 30–45 seconds until warm (but not boiling).
    Use a milk frother to froth until creamy and foamy.
    (Alternative: shake warm milk in a tightly sealed jar or blend for froth.)
  4. Assemble and garnish:
    Pour the frothed milk over the brewed tea.
    Top with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
    Serve immediately and enjoy warm!

  • For an iced version, brew the tea double strength and pour over ice before adding chilled frothed milk.
