Instructions

  4. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Prepare the sauce: Pour white wine (or chicken broth) into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Combine flavors: Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream. Let it simmer gently.
