- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1–2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Mix the ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and flour.
Add bell peppers, salmon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix in the egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped cilantro.
Stir until fully combined, then let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. - Shape the patties:
Use your hands or an ice cream scoop to form 6–8 equal-sized patties. - Frying Method:
Heat 1–2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry patties for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. - Baking Method (Optional):
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a baking sheet and arrange the croquettes in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). - Serve:
Plate the croquettes with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy hot!
