Description

Indulge in a sweet and spicy, alcohol-free tropical drink with this pineapple mocktail recipe, perfect for summer parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
  • 2 pineapple chunks (approx. 4cm x 4cm each)
  • 30 ml coconut water
  • 1 bar spoon ground cinnamon (or a small cinnamon stick for muddling)
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge & cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple chunks and ground cinnamon to your shaker. Use the muddler to crush the pineapple and combine it well with the cinnamon.
  2. Pour in the coconut water and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15–20 seconds.
  3. Using the strainer, pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top off with Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry. Serve immediately.
