- 1 bottle Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
- 2 pineapple chunks (approx. 4cm x 4cm each)
- 30 ml coconut water
- 1 bar spoon ground cinnamon (or a small cinnamon stick for muddling)
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- Pineapple wedge & cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add pineapple chunks and ground cinnamon to your shaker. Use the muddler to crush the pineapple and combine it well with the cinnamon.
- Pour in the coconut water and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15β20 seconds.
- Using the strainer, pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top off with Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry. Serve immediately.
