Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish with softened butter and line with parchment paper, greasing the paper as well.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and kosher salt.
- In a larger bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually whisk in granulated sugar until thick and pale. Stir in melted butter, neutral oil, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth and fully combined. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Dollop peanut butter and jelly onto the surface and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool, then lift out and cut into squares.
