Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls

Description

Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are quick, cheesy appetizers made with crescent dough, mozzarella sticks, and pepperoni slices perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 4 mozzarella sticks, cut in half
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning, optional
  • Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place 4 pepperoni slices and half a mozzarella stick on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides to keep cheese in.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if using.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Freeze unbaked rolls for a quick future snackβ€”just bake from frozen with a couple of extra minutes.
  • Try salami, turkey pepperoni, or even roasted vegetables for variety.
  • Don’t overfill to avoid cheese leakage during baking.
  • Serve immediately for the best gooey texture and crispiness.
