Ingredients
- Frozen Mango Chunks (¾ cup)
- Frozen Pineapple Chunks (1 cup)
- Greek Yogurt (⅓ cup)
- Mango Juice (½ cup)
- White Grape Juice (¼ cup)
- Xanthan Gum (¼ teaspoon)
- Optional Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar) – to taste
Instructions
- Gather and Measure:
Collect all of your ingredients, making sure the mango and pineapple chunks are frozen. This helps achieve that thick, frosty consistency. - Load the Blender:
In a high-speed blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, Greek yogurt, mango juice, white grape juice, and xanthan gum. - Blend:
Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.- Tip: Stop to scrape down the sides if needed. Over-blending can warm the smoothie, so blend just until the consistency is creamy and homogeneous.
- Adjust Sweetness:
Taste the smoothie and add a sweetener of your choice if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend briefly to incorporate. - Serve Immediately:
