Ingredients
- Brioche or challah bread (about 10 cups), sliced thick
- Eggs β 8 large
- Whole milk β 2 cups
- Heavy cream β 1 cup
- Granulated sugar β Β½ cup

- Vanilla extract β 1 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon β 1 tsp

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Arrange the bread slices in a greased 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over the bread, pressing gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Refrigerate.
- Remove the casserole from the fridge and sprinkle streusel evenly over the top. Bake uncovered for 45β55 minutes until golden brown and set. Let cool before serving. Garnish as desired.
