Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 lb fresh pineapple, chopped
- 12 oz fresh blueberries
- 12 oz red grapes, sliced in halves
- 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
Honey Lime Dressing:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest (from about 2 medium limes)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the fresh fruits as described.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and lime juice to make the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepped fruits.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruits just before serving. Gently toss to coat evenly.
