Ingredients

  • 150g canned tuna, drained
  • 2–3 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise (kewpie style)
  • 1 to 1Β½ cups torn roasted seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place prepared sushi rice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add drained canned tuna to the rice.
  3. Pour sesame oil over the rice and tuna mixture.
  4. Add Japanese mayonnaise for creaminess.
  5. Sprinkle torn roasted seaweed over the mixture.
  6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spatula until well combined.
  7. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.
  8. Roll each portion into a firm ball using clean hands or gloves.
  9. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh sushi rice and canned tuna for the best taste.
  • If the mixture is too moist, add more rice; if it’s too dry, add more mayonnaise.
