- 3/4 cup tahini (180 g)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (130 g)

- ยฝ tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil. Have your cereal ready in the mixing bowl and all other ingredients measured out before you start cooking.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until you achieve a smooth consistency. Continue to whisk frequently as the mixture heats, bringing it to a very light boil, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat when bubbles appear.
- Pour the warm mixture over the rice crisps in the mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread and press firmly into an even layer. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours to set.
