  • 2 teaspoons paprika, divided
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper, divided

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with half the spices, and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Add cubed potatoes to the same skillet. Season with the remaining spices. Pour in beef stock or water, cover, and cook for 8โ€“10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sautรฉ until softened and aromatic.
  4. Return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and serve hot.
