Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add eggs and stir until smooth. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold half of the dry mix into the wet mixture gently.
- Fold in remaining dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Gently fold grape pieces into the batter.
- Scoop batter into muffin cups, sprinkle with sparkling sugar if desired.
- Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and bake for 20–25 more minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick, cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
