- 1 shallot, minced

- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp cold butter
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender and mash with butter, milk, and cream cheese.
- Roast carrots at 425ยฐF, glazed with honey and garlic mixture.
- Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Make a pan sauce with shallots, garlic, wine, and stock; whisk in butter.
- Assemble dish, drizzling sauce over chicken and serving with potatoes and carrots.
