  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Stir in salt, pepper, and onion soup mix. Remove from heat.
  3. In a pot, boil orzo pasta in salted water until just al dente (about 7โ€“8 minutes). Drain well.
