  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (substitute with mushroom-based sauce for vegetarian)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For Garnish:

  • Green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the ramen or rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together chili paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Sautรฉ the Garlic: Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Scramble the Eggs: Push the garlic to one side of the pan, then pour in the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble lightly, then mix them with the garlic.
  5. Combine Everything: Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
