  • 1 tablespoon Pickle juice
  • 1 1/3 cup Finely diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup Dried beef, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Finely diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 6 Burrito sized flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, light mayo, pickle juice, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the finely diced dill pickles, chopped dried beef, and red onions until evenly distributed.
  3. Spread approximately 1/6 of the cream cheese filling over one tortilla, reaching to the edges. Roll tightly to form a log shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  5. Before serving, slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
