  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  2. Cut croissants into 1โ€“2 inch pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter until smooth.
