- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 5 large eggs (room temperature)

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Cut croissants into 1โ2 inch pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter until smooth.
- Pour custard mixture evenly over croissants and press gently to soak.
- Allow to sit for 15 minutes to absorb.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top and press lightly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
