Instructions
- Prep the salmon: Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

- Cook the salmon using one of the following methods:
- Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly coat the basket with oil spray.
- Place salmon in a single layer, not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Baking Method:
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread salmon bites evenly, spray with oil.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
- Pan-Searing Method:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high with a drizzle of olive oil.
