Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Fettuccine is a rich, comforting pasta made with garlic, cream, and Parmesan ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in butter and let it melt completely.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, then add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add fettuccine and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente (about 12 minutes).
  6. If needed, add more broth to prevent sticking.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and parsley.
  8. Mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley.
