Instructions
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; chill dough for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C); prepare pizza pan.
- Press dough into pan; bake for 17-19 minutes.
- Cool crust completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla; spread over crust.
