Description

For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken & Pasta:
    1. Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    3. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
    4. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sautรฉ the Garlic & Onion:
    1. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes until softened.
    2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
    1. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
    2. Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
    3. Gradually add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy.
    4. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or extra broth to adjust the consistency.
  • Combine & Finish:
    1. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix with the cheese sauce.
    2. Add the drained pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
