- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve Β½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
