  • 4 vanilla chai tea bags
  • ยฝ cup white sugar (or low-carb sweetener for keto option)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 can orange sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the vanilla chai tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes, then discard the tea bags and refrigerate the brewed tea to chill.
  2. In a separate small saucepan, bring the remaining ยฝ cup of water to a boil, then add the sugar, stirring until dissolved. Turn off the heat and add the cinnamon sticks. Allow the mixture to steep until completely cooled.
  3. Combine the chilled chai tea with the cinnamon simple syrup and fresh orange juice in a large pitcher. Stir well.
  4. Fill each glass with ice and pour the tea mixture until 3/4 full. Top with orange sparkling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange.
